Here are some effective tips for all of us that we can definitely use in achieving our short-term goals. As we are all aware, we all want something in life and money is a common denominator why we can't have it. Do remember that reaching them can be done if only we will persevere and learn to see things all in the long run.
1. Always learn to keep your eyes on the PRIZE by keeping your eyes on the PRICE.
- Have a particular strong mindset and heart in reaching your goal. Picture yourself having your goal and you'll realize how much you want it. Now, when going out always check the prices of what you are going to buy. Try to limit yourself in buying things by buying only the things that you really need and will not exceed the BUDGET that you set for yourself.
2. When doing your grocery-shopping, buy the bigger one.
- Though smaller packages have smaller prices than the big ones, it doesn't necessarily mean it is more affordable. Getting a bigger one can actually help you get more savings and helps you avoid any future hassles.
3. Have your money in bigger denominations.
- Having your money in bigger bills can actually cause you to have second thoughts in spending it in unnecessary purchases.
4. High-end restaurants doesn't always mean better.
- Oh yes, we always see the high-end restaurants as a nice way to pamper our stomachs and be happy. But if you look at it, the things that they can serve to you can also be served at a lower-priced restaurant or better yet at home. Take time to notice your bill as well, aside from paying for the food, a portion of it is always paid to service charge.
5. Keep the change!
- Make it a point to save the excess from your day. Always keep in mind that each small amount, when added up will be a big value. Definitely, you get what I mean! :)
6. Create a deposit account!
- Now, now, as every penny counts, we should have a place where we can keep our money safe and sound. Have your money secured in a deposit account with the bank that you trust. Make sure that you won't use the money out of impulsiveness, but instead use it only when you really need it!
This is where I put my thoughts, my hobbies and every event in my life which I consider the greatest treasure of all.

Rest day with Louise
Life comes in unexpected packages. Regardless of whatever happens, you get to find somebody from that particular point of time whereas you appreciate life in it's simple pleasures. Hence, it is true that I'm one of those lucky people that get to earn friends in a certain pace of life and most unexpected places. People who aren't much of trying hard to be pa-sosyal or even live out of their limits.
In a particular aspect of my life, I realized that learning to appreciate the simple pleasures in life and not living out of your limits is the key to be happy. This is something that I got to learn when I came to work at Stream. People are just so simple living and are not that bully in any aspect. Oh, well.
Me and Louise decided to have a breakfast after-shift last 10/12/2013, that ended up as something like a whole day bonding thing. She even ended up sleeping over due to exhaustion. Quite a normal thing esp if you have been like awake for more than 24 hours. It has been a very big pleasure to have her around though. :)
Here are some of the pictures that we got some start to finish. Mainly composed of selfies. LOL

Moving on and more on Moving forward..
As expected from me, I have a hard time moving on from Sykes due to personal and career related issues. Not to mention that they had left me with big problems to face. I stayed with that company for 2 yrs and a half which only gave me such ugly and painful experiences.
Anyway, moving on is one of my goals to do as of right now. I'm lucky to get hired and to work at Stream. Money and compensation-wise, I was earning more in Sykes than here. But money isn't the issue here anymore, I just want to work in a less complicated environment whereas the people are okay.
Regardless if the people that I get to work at Stream now are kind or what not, I just don't care about it much since being emotionally attached to people gives em a hard time to move on.
So moving forward, I hope to have my problems be resolved. Baby steps or what not, I don't care. The important thing is I do something about it to have it resolved. Regardless of the length of time at stake here, oh well.
Btw, am so happy and proud to be a part of a training batch that cares and looks after each other. Thanks Wave 305A! ♥

Setting Myself Free and Taking the Baby Steps.
As a person, one thing I was looking for is the feeling of content and happiness. It's that feeling that could make my heart flutter and be the reason for my to be strong. I thought that having the money and ability to purchase all the things you want is enough for me to stay in a company. Guess I was wrong. Deeply WRONG. Hence, staying for the same company for the length of 2 years and 5 months was disregarded.
I decided to leave Sykes and search for a new career path this year. Due to the management issues and such, it made me leave and caused too much sorrow in me.
Am not really sure what is and what is not waiting for me out there. I just don't want to set to much expectations and just give my best shot in everything I do. Part of having a new job is having new people around me, so much for building ties with them. But as far as I know, it would be much better to keep myself a lil bit less personal and attached with them. I just don't want my emotional self hinder my career path again.
So many interesting people i was able to meet now. Happy to meet and get to know them too.

"How to we get rid of blackheads and whiteheads"
Maintaining a clear and beautiful skin, takes time, consistency and effort. Dermatologist may recommend lots of products, but some of them can be expensive and may actually take a long time to work. You can, however, incorporate some home remedies for blackheads and whiteheads into your daily beauty regimen and in a few weeks, you will experience a drastic reduction or even total elimination of the problem.
● Toothpaste – Toothpaste is an effective blackhead and whitehead remover. Apply a thin paste to your infected areas and let it sit on your face for at least 25 minutes. You will probably feel a burning sensation when you apply the toothpaste, but this is normal and will pass. Once you remove the toothpaste, the top of your blackheads and whiteheads will disappear, but you still need to thoroughly wash your face to remove the buildup underneath. Repeat this home remedy every other day for two weeks.
● Tomato – Tomatoes have natural antiseptic properties that dry up whiteheads and blackheads. Peel and mash a small tomato. Apply the tomato pulp to your blackheads and whiteheads before going to bed. Leave the tomato pulp on your face while you sleep and then wash your face in warm water in the morning.
● Lemon -Wash your face in warm water. Then, squeeze the juice of one lemon into a bowl. Add in a pinch of salt and stir the mixture. Apply the mixture to your blackheads and whiteheads. Leave the mixture on for approximately 20 minutes and then wash your face with warm water again.
● Lime – You can also use equal parts of lime juice and cinnamon powder and apply this mixture to blackheads. Leave it on overnight and rinse it off in the morning
● Cornstarch – Mix about a three-to-one cornstarch to vinegar ratio into a paste. Apply it to your problem areas and let sit for 15 to 30 minutes. Remove the paste with warm water and a washcloth.
● Yogurt - Mix three tablespoons of plain yogurt with two tablespoons of oatmeal. Add one teaspoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of lemon juice to the mixture. Stir the mixture thoroughly and apply it to the effective area of the face. Let the mixture sit for five to seven minutes then rinse off with cold water.
● Almond or oatmeal – Mix either oatmeal or almond powder with just enough rose water to make a spreadable paste. Apply it to your problem areas with your fingertips first and then apply it to the rest of your face. Let it set for about 15 minutes and then rinse your face with cold water.
● Rice – Soak rice in milk for 5 hours and then grind this in a blender until it is paste-like in consistency. Use the paste as a scrub on affected areas of the body.
● Potatoes – Grate raw potatoes and then rub the area with the mixture. Wash it off after 15 minutes.
● Fenugreek leaves – Crush some fenugreek leaves and mix with water to form a paste. Put this on the face for 15 minutes and then remove it. Do this every night to keep your face free of blackheads.
● Coriander leaves – Mix some coriander leaves and a little turmeric powder with water and form a paste. Use this as a mask to eliminate blackheads.
● Oatmeal -Grind oatmeal into a powder in a blender and then add some rose water. Use this on affected areas for 15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.
● Baking soda – Prepare a mixture of equal parts of baking soda and water and rub it onto your face or other body areas prone to blackheads. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.
● Honey is also good for removing blackheads. Spread honey on the affected area and remove it after 15 minutes.
Remember – Be gentle to your skin. Never pinch, scrape, poke, press, or squeeze too hard!

Getting Fit: How to enjoy exercise.
- Change your thinking. If you view exercise as a hassle or a privilege, then you won’t make it a priority in your life. Treat exercise as a part of your normal self-care and you’ll learn to love it.
- Release judgment. Don’t expect to be a triathlete in the beginning or possibly ever-it’s not necessary to break world records get the benefits your body needs. Take it slow and easy, building up intensity gradually.
- Find personal meaning. Exercise as moving meditation. Incorporate it into your spiritual practice. Use it to clear your mind. Make exercise a part of whatever you’re passionate about in life, and you’ll love it more and more everyday.
- Do what you love. Choose activities that you enjoy. You will not stick with a program that mainly consists of exercises that you hate. If you like to dance, take a samba class. If you like nature, hike to get a great workout and a beautiful view. Catering to your own preferences will help you learn to love exercise in no time.
- Compete with yourself. Avoid the tendency to compare yourself with others by focusing on your abilities. Challenge yourself to do a little better than you did the last time. Set goals for each session to foster a sense of accomplishment.
- Integrate. If you want to learn to love exercise, then you have to do it. Make exercise a part of every aspect of your life. Schedule a date to walk with a friend. Plan vacations that include physical activity. Be a better parent by setting a good example for your children. Regular exercise is a lifestyle choice.
33 Fixes For An Empty Stomach.
When you’re trying to lose weight, a growling tummy is like a best man’s speech: the longer it lasts, the more dangerous it gets. But hormones, not your gut, are to blame for binges, and preventing them from going haywire is the key to reining in kilojoules without feeling ravenous. So dig in – we’re giving you 33 ways to fill up.
- Choose surf over turf: Fish is more satisfying, per kilojoule, than beef or chicken, according to Dr Susanna Holt’s Satiety Index, a rank of different foods’ ability to satisfy hunger.
- Turn up the heat: The cooler a room, the more people tend to eat – which is why restaurants often keep thermostats low.
- Can the juice: Whole fruit contains fibre that makes you feel fuller than juice.
- Bulk up: [ Fibre expands in your GI tract to make you feel full, so make sure you get your RDA of 30g.
- Love your bread: Dodge the wonder white and go for wholemeal – it’s 5½ times more filling.
- Pass on diet labels: A study found that after eating full-fat muffins, subjects ate less in the next 24 hours than after a fat-free version.
- Hold your nose: Just smelling a fresh-baked cupcake can induce insulin secretion that makes you think you’re hungry. Bet you’re not.
- Munch raw carrots: Irish researchers found carrots are more filling when they’re raw. Get crunching!
- Down vitamins: Research suggests your body may compensate for a lack of nutrients by increasing your appetite so you’ll eat more.
- Be pro protein: A study found people ate 1846 less kilojoules a day on a 30 per cent protein diet versus a 15 per cent protein diet.
- Shape up: Wedge-shaped foods like pizza and cake make it difficult to estimate proper portions.
- Have some avo: Your body burns carbs in about an hour, so eat healthy fat to buy time before hunger pangs hit.
- Graze like a cow: Five evenly spaced, mini-meals (of around 1465kJ) a day will regulate your appetite and ward off sugar cravings.
- Get nutty: Nosh on pine nuts – they have the most protein of any nut or seed, and their pinolenic acid stimulates powerful hunger-suppressing hormones.
- Listen to Jack Johnson: Eating while listening to mellow music slows you down. Your stomach takes 20 minutes to tell your brain it’s full – that’s almost half of Sleep Through the Static.
- Go ambidextrous: Switch your fork to your non-dominant hand to eat slowly and give yourself time to recognise you’re full.
- Don’t eat by candlelight: Dim light can spark overeating, says a US study by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
- Bag dried fruit: Go for 2 cups of grapes over ¼ cup raisins – both are 420kJ, but the grapes’ water content makes them feel more filling.
- Slurp a smoothie: Make it with low-fat yoghurt and fruit for a satiety trifecta: protein (to decrease hunger), fibre (to fill you up without many kilojoules), and calcium (to help burn fat).
- Whey your options: Boost that smoothie with 1 to 2 tablespoons of whey powder. New studies suggest that in addition to a protein punch, whey may affect the hormones that make you feel full.
- Go fruity: Mixed fruit can curb a sweet tooth, and it has plenty of fibre, which helps regulate your blood sugar.
- Have a seaweed spritzer: When you mix agar-agar, a fibre-rich thickening agent derived from seaweed, with fruit juice, it soaks up the liquid, making you feel full.
- Go for cocoa: Participants in a study were significantly more satisfied 30 minutes after they drank low-fat chocolate milk than after a soft drink.
- Be antisocial: People who eat with one other person consume about 35 per cent more than when they dine alone; at a table of four, that rises to 75 per cent more; and in a party of eight you’ll almost double your intake.
- Go blue: Studies show blue to be an appetite suppressant. Use blue plates, napkins and placemats.
- Boost your bean count: High-fibre beans cause glucose to release slowly into the bloodstream, preventing sudden slumps that cause hunger spikes.
- Dig pop culture: It’s mostly air, so popcorn’s twice as filling as chockie, with fewer kilojoules. Try Riviana Air Popped Popping Corn (380kJ per 25g).
- Skip soft drinks: High-fructose corn syrup, the main sweetener in soft drink, doesn’t spur insulin production to make the body process kilojoules, or trigger leptin, which tames appetite.
- Start a pack-a-day habit: Chewing gum suppresses your sweet tooth. (But if you prefer chips, banish the gum – it may make salty cravings worse.)
- Trade your corkscrew for a stubbie holder: Participants in a study ate more while drinking wine than while drinking beer.
- Watch horror films: Nausea is responsible for a lack of appetite.
- Find berry treasure: Raspberries are one of the most fibre-rich fruits, packing 8g into a cupful – that’s more than a quarter of your RDA.
- Make miso: When your metabolism drags and energy dips, you crave things that give you a quick lift. New research reveals that protein-rich miso soup boosts metabolism.
And in the near future…
- Pop a pill: Italian scientists looking to make a more absorbent nappy lining ended up creating a cellulose pill that expands in your stomach to ward off hunger for up to seven hours. Pending safety trials, it should be around from May 2008.
- Chew on this: London researchers found that moderate doses of the “feeling full” hormone, pancreatic polypeptide, reduces the amount of food eaten by 15 to 20 per cent. They’re working on a chewing gum, but a finished product is about five years away.

Purple Oven Madness on our Sunday Shift. ♥
Hmm, matagal na since nang nangyari ito e. But, it's worth sharing. Believe me, when you get to enjoy a particular schedule in work and there comes the day that it's nearing the end. Really frustrating, huh? I was getting the hang of the afternoon shift last February. Sadly, since we have monthly transition periods, we were like dreading for the transition date.
So before that happened, the Sunday shifters went in agreement to celebrate the last day of our Sunday shift. D'Angelo, Zaydee, Hanz, Migz and me decided to face it with a bang and a quick laugh. We had a simple feast of goodies and food to share with other people. ^_^
I decided to contribute the cake since I was in time to long for something really sweet. I shall say, it's worth the effort. I recommend it to you guys. This specialty and patisserie shop sells really fantastic foods. They are also known as one of the suppliers for Starbucks.
Here are some pics of there goodies. Enjoy!

Iphone 5 or Samsung Note II
Since my 2-year contract with globe is nearing it's end. I was thinking of having an upgrade in my phone plan with globe and at the same time choosing a phone that would definitely suit my lifestyle.
Since Samsung S3 is out of the question and am planning to do a cash-out, might as well choose a phone that would definitely suit my lifestyle. Some elegant and at the same time simple.
I'm actually having Samsung Note II or Iphone 5 as my primary choices. Anyhow, I still have til April 9, 2013 to decide. Still a long time to think about it. :)

20-oh-13, Hello and welcome to the Year of the Water Snake. :3
Oh okay, so 2012 just went out of the door and everybody welcomed the jumping 2013. That is so definitely correct! Despite the long and hard 2012 for me, I'm really thankful for the lesson-filled year.
2012 made me realize how emotion-driven I am as person to begin with. Being an emotion-driven person has gave me the big tendencies of an impulsive and irresponsible person. So as, it has brought me so many problems and mistakes that I didn't intended to have. However, being able to realize this a little to late on the year of 2012, doesn't necessarily mean that it's already too late for me to begin in the right foot. :)
Thank you 2012, you gave me a chance to meet new people, learn new things and find what I really want to do. Though, it was never a joy ride and a very hard journey. I had made it through! Now, am definitely ready to kick some ass and start everything afresh! I'm not gonna say goodbye to the problems, still gotta face them head on and have them resolved! Growing up is the correct term for me now. Being childish and impulsive won't do, high time to be responsible and live life to the fullest.
This I whisper to 2013, listen to my endearing request. Please be good to me and all my loved ones. I will not make empty promises nor resolutions anymore. I will just take action and develop myself to become a better person. That's it. Never will I frustrate myself again with non-sense, gotta live my life the right way.
Smile, laugh and be happy. Always keep the faith! Love love love! ♥♥♥
All hail praise thy Lord! ♥

Direct Sales as New Step for my Online Shop *
I had been doing research in how to get the market for my office mates. For the past few months, they are only taken by direct sales. So I took in the risk of getting every single direct sales company I get to encounter, which may result for a very bulky wallet due to the membership cards. But who cares right?
I gave in the thought of not to add it in my online shop, but why not? It maybe a good sign for me. Since, most of my real friends love it, why not market it right? Online Catalogues are so in the sight today, so it would be a good idea!
I already completed my registration to all direct sales companies. Hopefully, they help me reach my goals. ♥

Change of Heart and Strategy *
Yeah, I know. This past few days, my mind was like in a total spur of hurricane that it always have its swings. Sadly but true, I keep changing my mind every now and then. I don't know I keep on being impulsive nowadays. Hopefully, I will stick to my plan for 2013 onward. After all, it's only a matter of discipline, right?
Time really runs so fast and it's already nearing 2013. I am really excited for it.A brand new start. To start everything afresh and build a new me. The type of me that will be confident and never will be bullied. Nevertheless, I don't want to be the bully.

I will start everything as if it's my first time to be hired. That am new to the job for me to learn to appreciate and to save again. I will start everything at small steps. Every penny counts in the working hours that I will play my job, nice and slow.
From the pennies of my salary:
Eventually to a bigger and safe keeping treasure:
Then again, investment and proper fund allocation / accounting is a must. I continue to run my online shop, not as a source of hobby. But now as something to help me reach my goal.
I know my abilities and skills. Time to set things right for me to achieve my goals.

Fitness First Enrollment *
When I got reassigned to a new site, I thought cooking is not a good option in relieving stress. It hurts my pocket / budget and my health as well. So I came up to a realization in enrolling myself in a wellness program that I wouldn't dare to resist nor neglect. Being enrolled in a high-end gym would be a good chance to boost my health and discipline.
Last October 09,2012, I got myself registered as a member of Fitness First. It feels awkward at first, but its worth it. I enjoy and got myself relieved in each passing day. ^^,
Thanks to this, am more focused in my time management and diet. Starting to fix my scheds ahead of time and budget. Thank God for all the blessings. ^^,

Welcoming the Change of Account and Team *
It is a very loooooong time since I got to post something here. I got to deal with a lot of adjustments due to a new work environment and team adjustments as well? So okay, where shall I begin, first of all, on the beginning of the year am under a new account, though we can say still under the same company, this time around a different line of business. Purely customer service and so many things to remember. It seems like that in each day that passes, there will be a big update coming in.
Next, due to so many updates, I also came in apart with changes in team. I got transferred and transferred with so many team managers that it IS really hard for me to adjust in the many people I need to talk to in each freaking day. Tsk! I miss the old people I got to know this past few months, but somehow, change is the only thing that is permanent in this world. As of the moment, I am now under the Team of Arryns. I barely know them, so I'm taking my time in getting to know them more. >_<

Sick Leaves are privileges of an employee. Duh?!
Like as if, pag ba ako, nadisgrasya na tipong nagcollapse ako sa daan due to fever and such, magging sagutin mo ba?!
Duh?!
Ang SL (sick leave) ay nilikha as an existing privilege ng empleyado para gamitin, hindi para lagi i-convert to cash. Kaya nga pag masama ang pakiramdam at hindi fit to work, pwede ito gamitin. *bow*

Ang SL (sick leave) ay nilikha as an existing privilege ng empleyado para gamitin, hindi para lagi i-convert to cash. Kaya nga pag masama ang pakiramdam at hindi fit to work, pwede ito gamitin. *bow*

It has been a very loooong day. After I got to have my post-celebration for my birthday with my teammates at the office, the 1st thing I was expected to do was to rush home and have a nap. Why so? This is because I was supposed to have an interview for the English Coach Apprentice position. I even asked some people to wake me up early to avoid me being late.
Thank God, I did arrived there ahead of time. I got to had the interview while I was like having butterflies in my stomach, which is so not good. I ended up taking a nap at the sleeping quarters when it ended. Still, the nap was not enough and here I am, having a terrible cold. Whaaaaat a day!

To-do list for 2013! ^.^
I have been too stubborn and non-compliant in the 1st half of the year due to some unexpected events and emotional imbalances. Har har! So I got to a point of setting some targets to myself that I must be able to comply with at least. :)
1. Thrift Awareness Compliance
- List down all expenses in each day. Break down and think of ways to lower it down.
- Minimize all unnecessary expenses.
2. Face each day with a Smile
- Always have the faith and see everything in the positive light.
- Everything happens for a reason in the right time and place.
- Be grateful for all the blessings and share the goodness of life to others whom are less fortunate.
- Bring out the best in you by showing that dazzling positive attitude.
3. Diet and Routine Compliance
- Low carb intake diet. Read down the nutritional facts. One rice meal / day is to be implemented. High fiber and low fat diet.
- Maintain a high active lifestyle. Regular gym activities. Schedule a once a week cheat day for happiness.
4. Pay down Debts
- Pay off credit card and balances on all memberships. Avoid too much credit exposure.
5. Online shop and direct selling improvement
- Online shop ads promotion in each week. Regularly update pictures and products to improve customer viewing.
- Schedule of 2-week visit on all direct selling. Get all contact details and ensure sales in everything.
- List down all orders and record all necessary information.
6. School Enrollment
- Pass registration form for fixed schedule purposes at the office.
- Enrollment and processing of all papers for the school year.

My Aspiration in Joining Direct Selling Companies
Phew, Really been a while since I last posted something here. Got really busy due to change in account, excessive training schedules and adjustment to many things. I got register in many direct selling companies to increase the chances of income and be able to add more income and potential sales to my online shop.
Hence, I got to register myself under the following direct selling though it may come off really tiring.
I also got to have MSE, Fashion Exchange and Sundance as additional products. So far, I earned more friends in joining this stuff. Hopefully, the hard work will eventually pay off. God bless us all..
